Bright Osayi-Samuel has said he was honoured to make his Super Eagles bow against Portugal, reports PNO Sports.
The Fenerbahce defender was called up for the first time by Nigeria for the international friendly against the Selecao.
The 23-year-old started at right-back and was in action for the entire duration of game.
Osayi-Samuel put up a strong performance in the game and won the penalty that missed by Emmanuel Dennis.
The former Queens Park Rangers player took the social media to celebrate his debut.
“Honored to represent my country 🇳🇬,” Osayi-Samuel wrote on his Twitter handle.
