Super Eagles winger, Moses Simon will go under the knife on Friday for an ankle injury.

The Nantes of France player copped the injury during Nigeria’s international friendly against the Eagles of Mali on Tuesday.

Simon was stretchered off the pitch in the first half after colliding with Mali goalkeeper Mamadou Samassa.

PNO Sports reports that Nantes confirmed he has been ruled out for the rest of the season on Wednesday.
