Joe Aribo scored the only goal as Southampton fell to a 1-2 to Everton at the St Mary’s Stadium on Saturday afternoon, reports Pnosports.com.
Aribo put the Saints ahead four minutes after the break after he was set up by Che Adams.
It was the midfielder’s second goal in eight league appearances for Southampton this season.
Conor Coady equalised for Everton in the 52nd minute.
The winning goal came two minutes later with Alex Iwobi providing the assist.
Iwobi has now bagged four assists in eight league outings for Everton during the current campaign.
The win was Everton’s second in the Premier League this season.
